Social Profile:
Enjey's background is in molecular biology and biotechnology studies. Working and playing with nucleic acids in the lab is the most joyful thing to do. She has been inspired by KAUST scientists and their works and dreamed to be one of them. Her lab interest is in medical bioinformatics and synthetic biotechnology. Currently, Enjey is studying the cellular composition of human skin during wound healing. This project could reveal new and unexpected differences in skin cellularity between normal wound healing and chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers.
"KAUST shall be a beacon for peace, hope and reconciliation, and shall serve the people of the Kingdom and the world."
