Research Interests

Dr. Alexander is interested in molecular therapeutics and underlying causes of various human diseases including cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and type 2 diabetes. She is currently exploring the effect of ultra short peptides in chronic diabetic wounds and Alzheimer’s disease.
